Terms of Service — VintPro+

⚠️ DRAFT — not yet in force. This text comes into force when VintPro+ goes on sale. Before that, the points marked [TO BE COMPLETED] must be filled in and the whole text reviewed by a lawyer: whoever wrote it is not one.

These terms cover VintPro+, which is a separate product. The VintPro Terms of Service cover the other extension, the manual one, and do not apply here.

1. Who sells, and what you buy

Seller: [TO BE COMPLETED: name or company name, address, VAT or tax number, company register number if any]. Support: supporto@vintpro.it.
You buy a personal licence to use a piece of software: a Chrome extension that works on your Vinted account, from your computer, controlled by your Telegram bot.
It is not a managed service. We do not keep the computer running, we do not run your shop, we never log into your account. The software runs on your device, with the settings you choose, and it stops when your computer is off or offline.
No guaranteed results: no promises about sales, views, earnings or visibility.
VintPro+ is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Vinted. Vinted is a trademark of Vinted SE. Vinted can change its website at any time: VintPro+ may stop working, in part or entirely, until an update is released.

2. The risk, before anything else

Automating an account breaches Vinted's Terms of Service. Vinted can restrict or close your account, together with its history, reviews and sales. It already happened to the author, on 23 August 2026, for «detected automation».

VintPro+ reduces the risk — human-like delays, a time window, daily caps, the engine off on first run, a kill switch — but it does not remove it. You choose the settings, and with them how much you risk.

By buying, you state that you have read this point and accept the risk. If Vinted restricts or closes your account: no refunds, lifetime licence included. The subscription is not suspended automatically — if you no longer want to pay for it, you cancel it yourself (§7).

3. One licence = one Vinted account

On the first link-up, the licence is tied forever to that Vinted account (number and username). It cannot be moved to another account: not even if Vinted restricts or closes the old one. Another account needs a new licence. The extension says so beforehand and asks for confirmation.
Unlimited devices, but one engine running at a time per licence: the server grants a turn to whoever switches on. The panel and the bot you can use from anywhere.
The engine checks that the licence is valid. With no connection it keeps going for up to 72 hours, then stops. When the connection is back and the licence is valid, you switch it back on from the panel: it does not restart by itself.
You need to keep the extension updated: below a minimum version the engine stops. After the update, you switch it back on from the panel.

4. The key is yours and stays yours

Sharing, lending, reselling or publishing the licence key is forbidden.
The server keeps an access log (Vinted account with number and username, country and network: privacy). If a key turns out to be used by several accounts or several engines, the licence can be revoked with no refund.
Also forbidden: reselling the software, redistributing it, decompiling it for commercial purposes and tampering with the licence check.
You may not use VintPro+ to run other people's Vinted accounts, nor offer a shop-management service to third parties with your licence.

5. Updates

All future updates are included in all three plans, lifetime licence included, at no extra cost. We do not, however, promise new features or release dates: what you buy is the extension as it is today, plus the updates that will come.

6. Free trial

5 days, with the whole extension, no payment and no card.
Once per Vinted account, whatever email you use: an account that has already had a trial or a licence does not get another one.
The trial does not renew and does not turn into a subscription: at the end the engine stops, and if you want to carry on you pick a plan. There is nothing to cancel.

7. Prices, renewal and cancellation

Prices: €35.90 per month, €350 per year, €450 lifetime. VAT included where applicable — [TO BE COMPLETED: VAT regime, and whether prices are VAT inclusive or exclusive].
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Monthly and yearly renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-off payment: no renewal, no later charges.
To cancel, write to supporto@vintpro.it — one line is enough, no reason needed, no penalty [TO BE COMPLETED: confirm whether cancellation is also possible from the Stripe customer portal and, if so, state it here].
When you cancel, the licence stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the engine stops and the extension stops working. Periods already paid for are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update the card: during those days everything keeps working and the extension tells you. Once they are over, the engine stops. When the payment goes through the licence is valid again, but the engine does not restart by itself: you switch it back on from the panel. Do not buy a new licence.
In every case, your data stays on your computer: sales, customers, stock and conversations never pass through us (privacy).

8. Right of withdrawal: what you are giving up, and why

As a consumer you would have 14 days to change your mind and get a refund, with no explanation needed.

VintPro+ is digital content delivered immediately: you pay and the licence is active within minutes. This is the case covered by Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU): the right of withdrawal is lost when all three of these things happen, and with us they happen like this.

You ask for it, with a tick. On the payment page (Stripe) there is a single mandatory box, the one by which you accept these Terms. Its text, in Italian and in English, contains this sentence in full: «I request immediate access to VintPro+ and I acknowledge that, once performance begins, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.» Without the tick you cannot pay.
We email you a confirmation of that choice. The email with the licence key repeats that you requested immediate access and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal: it is the confirmation on a durable medium required by Article 51(7) of the Consumer Code. Keep it.
Performance begins: the licence is created and the key reaches you in that same email. From that moment there is no right of withdrawal.

In one line: the 5-day trial is there so you can decide before you pay. After payment there is no second trial period, and there is no going back.

If you do not want to give up the right of withdrawal, do not complete the payment: use the trial and write to supporto@vintpro.it before buying.

This is only about changing your mind. If the software does not work as described here, that is a different matter and the remedies the law gives you still apply — write to us [TO BE COMPLETED: conformity guarantee for digital content, Legislative Decree 170/2021 — who fixes what, within what time, when a refund is due].

9. What «lifetime» means

«Lifetime» means the life of the product, not yours and not «forever, whatever happens». The lifetime licence has no expiry date and does not renew, but it ends if VintPro+ ends. That can happen if:

VintPro+ closes down and is no longer developed or distributed;
Google removes it from the Chrome Web Store (in that case VintPro+ leaves the store);
Vinted changes its website or its checks so that the product can no longer work.

In those cases there are no refunds, except for the rights the law gives you, and we notify you by email at the licence address [TO BE COMPLETED: decide whether to offer a pro-rata refund anyway if the product closes within N months of purchase — a commercial choice, not an obligation].

The lifetime licence does keep working if you change computer, if you stop using it for months, if you change Telegram bot, and even if Vinted restricts your account: in that case the licence remains, but it remains tied to that account (§3).

10. What you have to do

You are responsible for what VintPro+ does on your account with the settings you chose: pace, time window, caps, message texts, offer thresholds.
Accepting an offer is a real sale. The thresholds and auto-accept are your choice.
Write only to your own audience — people who like your items or buy from you. No cold messages, no spam, no unlawful content.
You comply with Vinted's terms and with the laws that apply to your activity, tax included. The tax information in the extension (DAC7 thresholds, summaries, reports) is for information only and is not tax or legal advice.
You keep the licence key, the Telegram bot token and access to the computer running the engine safe.
You do not circumvent Vinted's controls (DataDome included) and do not use VintPro+ to do so.

11. Warranty and limitation of liability

VintPro+ is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from: changes to Vinted or to its controls; restriction or closure of your Vinted account; a computer that is off, a missing connection or a closed browser; unavailability of third-party services (Google, Telegram, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend); settings you chose.

To the extent permitted by law, what we may owe you does not exceed what you paid for VintPro+ in the previous 12 months [TO BE COMPLETED: check whether this cap holds up against a consumer, and how it applies to the lifetime licence].

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights the law gives you as a consumer.

12. When we can switch a licence off

We can revoke a licence, with no refund, if: the key is shared, resold or used on several accounts; the licence check is tampered with; the payment is unpaid or disputed (chargeback); the software is used for unlawful activity or against the terms written here. Before revoking, where possible, we write to the licence address.

13. Personal data

How we handle data — and above all which data never reaches us — is in the Privacy Policy, section 8. Here it is enough to know that sales, customers, stock and conversations stay on your computer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update them: substantial changes are communicated with reasonable notice to the licence address or inside the extension. If you do not accept them, you can cancel (§7). A change does not take away from those who already bought what they bought.

15. Governing law, disputes and contact

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence or domicile [TO BE COMPLETED: confirm this clause for non-Italian customers, and whether to add the link to the EU ODR platform].
