Terms of Service

1. The service

VintPro is a Chrome browser extension providing management and analytics tools for private Vinted sellers: dashboard, sales log, customer management, reports, import/export and optional sync to the user's personal Supabase database. VintPro is 100% manual: it does not post listings, send messages or perform any automated action on the user's Vinted account.

2. License and devices

• The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license.
• One license can be used on up to 2 devices simultaneously, manageable from Settings.
• Sharing your license key with third parties violates these terms and may lead to license suspension.

3. Free trial and pricing

• 5-day free trial, once per user, no purchase required.
• Price: €3.99 per month or €39 per year, VAT included where applicable, all features included in both plans.
• Payments are processed by Stripe with automatic renewal (monthly or yearly depending on the chosen plan).

4. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first purchase, with a full refund, by writing to supporto@vintpro.it.
• Upon termination the extension stops working, but your data remains in your browser and your personal Supabase: we retain nothing.

5. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your Supabase credentials and license key.
• You are responsible for complying with Vinted's terms and with the tax obligations of your selling activity.
• Tax-related information shown (e.g. DAC7 thresholds) is for information only and does not constitute tax or legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

VintPro is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the extension, from changes to the Vinted website, or from unavailability of third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare). Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

The software, trademark and content are owned by the developer. Resale, commercial decompilation and unauthorized redistribution are prohibited.

8. Changes

Features and terms may be updated; substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence or domicile.
