With the engine on, the bot brings you, with the price and buttons, the offers the engine does not decide by itself: those on items where you switched automatic offers off and, outside test mode, those above your threshold when the daily cap is full or the buyer has fewer reviews than the minimum you set. Two taps to accept; a single tap never sells.
With /domande you see the chats you have not answered yet and reply from there. New reviews arrive on their own, with the item's photo, and with /recensioni you can reply to those too.
/cerca finds an item by a word in its title or description, even with a typo, and tells you which slot it is in.
With the engine on and inside your time window, it writes to people who add your items to their favourites, with your own texts. If Vinted hides one of your listings, the messages for the people who liked it wait, and start again on their own when it is visible again.
It accepts or declines offers by the thresholds you set and sends the order messages: received, shipped, at the pick-up point, delivered, completed. Every morning and evening your report arrives.
You can write up to 100 variants of every message: the engine picks one at random each time, so not everyone gets the same text.
If you turn on auto-repost, once a day it takes your oldest listings, as many as you choose, creates a draft of each and deletes the old listing: you then publish the drafts yourself on Vinted. It is a wardrobe change, so read below which device to do it from.
You give every item a slot (e.g. NO01-001) and print QR labels as a PDF: scan the QR and Telegram opens that slot in the bot.
/prelievo lists the orders to ship in slot order, with the days since payment and the parcel size. The slot frees up when the parcel leaves.

If you have more than one of an item, you set its stock: at every sale the restocker recreates the listing as a draft, and you publish it.
/venduti removes from Vinted the "sold" duplicates left behind by a repost, always with a confirmation. It is a wardrobe change: do it from the computer you use yourself.
At every sale you get a message with the item's slot, the buyer and the link to the chat.
If a paid order has been waiting too many days it reminds you, before Vinted cancels it.
And it writes to you when something stops: expired login, stuck queue, engine not running, Vinted messages that cannot be read — and writes again when it is back to normal. If Vinted limits the account, it switches the engine off and tells you.

The license server only receives your email, the key, the linked Vinted account (number and username) and the country and network of each access: never your sales, and of your IP address only an encrypted fingerprint is kept for 2 days, when you request the trial or a key recovery (privacy).
No magic: VintPro+ only works while your computer does.
With Chrome open on vinted.it and your account logged in: every read and every action goes through that tab. If the computer is off, VintPro+ stops.
A small machine such as a Raspberry Pi works too, but make wardrobe changes (price, title, repost) from another computer, the one you use yourself: from the author's always-on device Vinted refused them. Repost is not blocked automatically on the always-on device: keep it off there yourself.
With a single device, the engine and the wardrobe changes come from the same browser, on day and night: that is the kind of write Vinted has already refused, and the author does not use that setup.
You create it with BotFather and connect it by pasting the token and chat id: the steps, in English and Italian, are inside the extension. The bot answers your chat only.
For each account the engine runs on one device only. Two engines do everything twice: two messages to the same person, two offers, two relists.

It has already happened to the author. On 23 August 2026 a price cut sent from his always-on device got his account limited for "automation detected".

At the address you enter at payment, usually within a few minutes: check your spam folder too. It is a new key, the trial one is no longer needed.
In the panel, “🔑 License” section: paste the key and press “Activate license”, with the Vinted tab open on the account you want to use. From then on the license belongs to that Vinted account, for good. Then switch the engine back on: it does not restart by itself.
Monthly and yearly renew automatically, and the license is valid for as long as the subscription is paid. Lifetime is a single payment, with no expiry. To stop, cancel by yourself, without writing to us.

With one of the three price buttons: you pay on Stripe by card and the key arrives by itself at the email you entered at payment, usually within a few minutes. You paste it in the panel, “🔑 License” section, and switch the engine back on. You do not have to write to anyone.
No. The 5-day trial is there to decide before paying: at payment you ask for immediate access and waive the 14-day right to change your mind. If you no longer want VintPro+, cancel: it does not renew, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If the software does not work as described, the remedies provided by law still apply (Terms, §8).
By yourself, from the Stripe customer portal: enter the email you paid with, Stripe sends the access to that inbox, and you cancel the subscription from there. You do not have to write to anyone. VintPro+ stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the engine stops and you pay nothing more. The lifetime plan has nothing to cancel.

No. Each license is tied to a single Vinted account, for good: another account needs a new license. On the same account you can use it on as many devices as you like, but the engine stays on on just one at a time.
Yes, on every plan, lifetime license included. The extension keeps improving over time, including from the requests of the people who use it, and every new version comes at no extra cost.
VintPro+ notices, switches the engine off on its own and tells you: from then on nothing starts until you switch it back on. Do not retry by hand and wait for the limit to expire; then start again with more cautious settings. If you switch it on before the limit expires, edits and relists stay postponed until after, but messages and offers start again. If the account is limited or closed there is no refund, and the subscription is not suspended.
Yes, if you want it to work while you are away. VintPro+ runs on your own device: with the computer off it does nothing, and the hours it is off are hours lost.
Only if you tell it to. With the engine on, out of test mode and without manual confirmation, it accepts offers from the threshold you set upwards and declines those below (or makes a counter-offer, if you turn that on), up to a daily cap on automatic acceptances — 3 to start with. Accepting an offer is a real sale.
