Before installing any management tool, ask yourself one question: where does my data end up?
Your revenue. Your customers' names. Their home addresses. Almost every tool on the market uploads them to someone else's central server — and you have no way of knowing who looks at them, who they're sold to, or when they'll be breached. It's not paranoia: in the first half of 2025, 560 million user accounts were compromised (Surfshark Data Breach Report). A central database full of data isn't a service: it's a target.
There is no database of ours containing your sales. Everything lives in your browser and, if you enable sync, in YOUR private Supabase cloud (free, 5 minutes with the built-in guide). We only see your email and license key: the bare minimum to know you've paid. That's it.
This isn't a promise written in a privacy policy. It's architecture. Promises break; architecture doesn't.

The first time you open VintPro — its icon in the Chrome bar — you find the import invite instead of the licence form. One click there, one on the banner that appears on Vinted, and you read revenue, sales, items sold and the buyers matched from your most recent messages. You need a Vinted tab you're logged into and at least one sale: if you haven't sold yet there is nothing to import and you go straight to activation with "I already have a licence".
The import walks through your orders page by page: with a long history it can take a few minutes. The amounts come in gross: you set fees and cost of purchase in Settings, and only then is net profit real.
The summary shows once: after that, VintPro's pages ask for a licence. The free trial lasts 5 days and starts with your email alone, once per address and per device.

On the Vinted search you already have open, VintPro reads the prices of the listings on that page and gives you the median, the lowest and the highest. For this calculation there are no network calls: it only reads what's already on screen.
They are listings on sale, not sold: they tell you what other sellers are asking. Below 8 usable listings it gives you no number, only how many it read. You copy the median and you paste it on Vinted yourself.
It works on a search or catalogue page — not on the home, on your favourites or on a single listing — and the number is worth as much as your search was narrow: VintPro does not check that the items are comparable.

And it flags whether you passed the DAC7 thresholds (30 sales or €2,000) and the Italian €5,000 threshold. It does not calculate tax, does not fill in any return and is not tax advice: it is the sheet you hand to your accountant, who then decides.
